Payment

PAPER take security matters very seriously and treat all personally identifiable information obtained from users of our websites confidential. Besides, all of our payment gateways use SSL (Secure Socket Layer, the highest level of security available today for web-secured applications) to encrypt all the given information on your credit card. The encryption ensures that nothing can be read while the data transmits across the Internet. To ensure a secure online shopping environment, the customer has to ensure the followings:

  • Once the bank or payment gateway accepted your order, we will not accept any correction due to your negligence. PAPER is not responsible for any loss it might incur to the customer.

  • To protect your interests, we require the Shipping address be the same of the credit card holder's address. We do not ship to addresses other than what the issuing credit card verifies as the billing address of the cardholder. This simply assures us that we are shipping the item purchased to the actual person that is paying for it, not a third party.

  • The bank or payment gateway they reserves the right to decline the transaction payment without prior notice to us. If your credit card payment not processed. You may contact your bank directly for any payment rejection.

  • International buyers please note. Import duties, taxes and all kinds of extra charges are not included in the item price or postage charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying.

Delivery

  • Your item will be shipped within 3 to 10 working days after your payment is cleared (It depends on the stock status). Each order will be delivered to One destination only.

  • The delivery service will not be provided if the postal address is a Post Box or Post Office.

  • If you want to change your delivery address after order confirmed. Please contact us by e-mail to: cs@paper-tee.com. You may have to pay for the extra cost incurred.

  • Once the order is dispatched to the courier, we will not accept any request for the change of delivery address.

  • If the delivery failed, an email notification will send to the customer to request the new postal address. The second delivery charges will be paid by the customer.

  • If the second delivery still fails. We reserve the right to handle the products by our discretion. Order cancellation and refund request will not be accepted. We will not be responsible for any loss it might incur to the customer.

Return & Exchange

  • If you received a wrong item, or if the products is defective. Please contact us by e-mail to: cs@paper-tee.com for enquiry within 7 days. We do not accept return and exchange after 7 days.

  • We do not accept used or/and washed items. All returns must be in the original condition with full package and accessories or a 20% restocking fee will be assessed.

  • We will reimburse you for the cost of shipping the item back to us by regular mail. We will not reimburse for express shipping.

  • Customer should return the defective products and delivery invoice to us for investigation, in order to process the redemption on the same product.

  • Returns can take 1-2 weeks to process once we receive them. We will send you a notification email. Check your spam folder to make sure the notification didn't get marked as spam.

  • Please be reminded that we will not be responsible for any damage or lost of products occurred by postal failure.

  • All products can be exchanged once only. We reserve the right to judge the condition of returned items, and the right to reject the exchange or refund request.


Remarks

  • We reserve the right to change the product information and price, delivery charge and shopping terms and conditions anytime without prior notice.

  • We reserve the right to make all final decisions if any dispute arises.
